Non-slip board-and-roller training system for balance, core engagement, coordination, stability, and controlled functional movement.
Challenge your balance, improve body control, and add more dynamic movement to your training with a compact board-and-roller system.
The Calverisio™ Wooden Balance Board & Roller Set combines a sturdy multi-layer wood board with a stable cylindrical roller, creating an unstable training surface designed for balance work, core engagement, coordination, and controlled full-body movement.
The board features a textured non-slip top surface to help improve foot contact during training, while the curved wooden profile provides a strong, responsive platform. Underneath, the cylindrical roller moves smoothly from side to side, requiring continuous adjustment from your legs, hips, and core to maintain control.
Suitable for home workouts, functional fitness, board-sport preparation, and general stability training, this compact setup offers a simple way to make everyday exercises more challenging and engaging.

Set the cylindrical roller on a firm, level floor with enough clear space around you.
Center the wooden board across the roller before stepping onto the surface.
Place one foot on the board first, then gradually move your second foot onto the opposite side.
Keep your knees slightly bent, engage your core, and make small controlled adjustments.
Allow the board to travel gradually over the roller while maintaining steady posture.
Begin with short balance sessions before adding deeper movements or advanced exercises.
Practice near a stable wall, rail, or support surface until you are comfortable with the movement.
Remove the board from the roller and keep both pieces in a clean, dry training area.
Use only on a flat, firm, dry surface with a clear area around the board. Beginners should practice beside a stable support or with assistance. Wear suitable footwear, keep movements controlled, and do not attempt jumps or advanced tricks until you have developed sufficient balance and control. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
