01. Store Operator & Application of These Terms

Calverisio™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Xiong Chuang Chuang Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order through calverisio.com, you agree to these Terms and the policies applicable to the transaction, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment & Security information and other published store policies.

02. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, resistance levels, materials, functions, intended-use information, pricing and availability accurately.

Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing tolerances, production batches, texture, color perception or other reasonable product variations.

Customers should review available dimensions, materials, resistance levels, weight or capacity limits, setup instructions, surface requirements, care guidance and intended-use details before purchasing.

03. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation indicates that an order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks or fulfillment checks have been completed.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions or inability to fulfill the purchase.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

04. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Before an order is completed, checkout displays applicable product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the submitted billing information is accurate.

05. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, customs, weather, carrier conditions or holidays.

06. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable eligibility requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, the eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional posting time.

07. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Products

If a Calverisio™ product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us promptly.

Where relevant, provide photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, included accessories, missing components, attachment points, handles, bands, rollers, fasteners, storage bag or other reported issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment or return solution at no additional cost for an error attributable to us.

08. Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

09. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, limited-time offers and promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, usage limits or other conditions shown with the applicable offer.

10. Appropriate Product Use

Products must be used lawfully and according to the available product information, setup instructions, warnings, resistance guidance, weight limits, care instructions and safety precautions.

Before use, inspect resistance bands, handles, straps, fasteners, rollers, massage tools, grip equipment and other components for visible damage, excessive wear or loose connections.

Exercise and recovery equipment should be used on an appropriate, stable surface with enough surrounding space. Wall, door or fixed anchor points should be suitable and secure before attaching compatible training equipment.

Select resistance levels and exercises appropriate for your experience and physical condition. Stop using a product if it causes unusual pain, numbness, instability or significant discomfort.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction or use of the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on calverisio.com. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
