Five-wheel textured recovery roller with ergonomic handles for controlled pressure across the legs, arms, and other accessible muscle areas.
Add targeted rolling to your warm-up and recovery routine with a compact massage tool designed for controlled, hands-on pressure.
The Calverisio™ Muscle Massage Roller Stick features five independently rotating textured wheels positioned between two ergonomic handles, allowing you to roll across larger muscle areas while adjusting pressure with your hands.
Each raised roller wheel creates focused surface contact as it moves across the body, making the tool useful for post-workout recovery, warm-ups, mobility sessions, and general muscle relaxation.
At 45.5 cm (17.9 in) long, the roller provides enough reach for calves, thighs, hamstrings, arms, shoulders, and other accessible muscle groups, while remaining compact enough to keep in a gym bag or home training area.
The textured black grip zones and signature red Calverisio™ accents complete the brand’s bold TRAIN • RECOVER performance aesthetic.

Multiple rollers move across the muscle surface for consistent, controlled contact.
Raised geometric surfaces provide more focused pressure during rolling.

Suitable for legs, calves, thighs, hamstrings, arms, shoulders, and other accessible muscle areas.
Can be incorporated before exercise to help prepare muscles for movement.
Useful after training as part of a controlled cool-down or recovery routine.
Apply lighter or firmer pressure depending on the target area and your comfort level.
Easy to use alongside strength training, running, mobility work, and general fitness.
Fits easily into many gym bags, home workout areas, and equipment storage spaces.
Black construction with bold red accents matches the Calverisio™ training identity.

Grip one handle in each hand and position the roller over the muscle area you want to work.
Start gently and roll slowly across the target muscle area.
Move the roller in controlled back-and-forth passes rather than fast or aggressive strokes.
Press slightly more firmly when desired while keeping every movement comfortable and controlled.
Use the roller on calves, thighs, hamstrings, arms, and other suitable soft-tissue areas.
Keep the textured wheels primarily over muscle tissue and avoid direct pressure on bones or joints.
Wipe the roller wheels and handles with a soft damp cloth and allow them to dry before storage.
Begin with light pressure and increase gradually according to your comfort level. Do not use the roller directly over joints, bones, injured skin, inflamed areas, or unexplained pain. Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, or unusual discomfort.
