Adjustable padded ankle straps with a multi-tube resistance system for stronger glutes, legs, hips and controlled lower-body training.
Build lower-body strength, add resistance to everyday workouts, and train with greater freedom using a compact ankle resistance system.
The Calverisio™ Ankle Resistance Bands Set combines two adjustable padded ankle cuffs with multiple resistance tubes, creating a practical setup for glute activation, leg training, hip mobility, lateral movements, and lower-body conditioning.
Each ankle cuff features a soft padded interior designed to create a more comfortable fit around the ankle, while the wide adjustable strap helps keep the cuff securely positioned during controlled exercises.
Durable resistance tubes connect to reinforced metal rings, allowing tension to be applied between both legs during kickbacks, side steps, leg extensions, and other lower-body movements.
Compact and easy to carry, the system is suitable for home workouts, gym sessions, warm-ups, travel training, and accessory work alongside a larger strength routine.

Designed for lower-body resistance exercises involving both legs.
Helps reduce pressure around the ankle during repeated movements.
Wide securing straps allow the cuffs to fit a range of ankle sizes.
Elastic tubing provides progressive resistance throughout each movement.
Creates secure connection points between the cuffs and resistance tubes.
Useful for glutes, hips, thighs, hamstrings, and leg conditioning.
Suitable for side steps, abduction work, and controlled mobility drills.
Compact enough for home gyms, fitness studios, and travel workouts.
Easy to add to warm-ups, activation routines, or strength sessions.
Takes up minimal space compared with larger lower-body training equipment.

Place one padded cuff around each ankle with the soft interior facing your skin or clothing.
Secure the straps so the cuffs feel snug and stable without being excessively tight.
Make sure every tube and metal connection point is fully secured before beginning.
Use the system for kickbacks, side steps, leg raises, hip movements, or other suitable lower-body exercises.
Perform each repetition slowly and steadily, allowing the tubes to stretch without sudden jerking.
Return to a neutral position before taking off the cuffs or adjusting the resistance setup.
Inspect the cuffs, tubes, rings, and attachment points before every session. Stop using the set if any component appears worn or damaged. Begin with controlled resistance, maintain a stable stance, and stop immediately if you experience pain or unusual discomfort.
