Spring-resistance grip and forearm trainer with adjustable tension, ergonomic handles, and textured non-slip grip zones.
Build grip strength, improve hand endurance, and add focused forearm training to your routine with a compact adjustable hand exerciser.
The Calverisio™ Adjustable Hand Grip Strengthener uses a heavy-duty metal spring and rotary resistance control to let you customize training intensity for different exercises and experience levels.
Its contoured handles are shaped to sit naturally in the hand, while textured red grip zones help provide better control during repeated squeezing movements. The reinforced spring mechanism delivers consistent resistance through each repetition, making the trainer suitable for grip work, forearm conditioning, warm-ups, and everyday strength practice.
Compact enough for a gym bag, desk drawer, or home training setup, it can easily be incorporated into strength programs, climbing preparation, racquet sports, and general fitness routines.

Rotary control allows you to modify training tension for different strength levels.
The reinforced metal coil provides consistent resistance during repeated squeezes.
Contoured grips fit naturally in the hand for more comfortable training.
Helps improve control and stability throughout every repetition.
Designed for hand, finger, wrist-supporting, and forearm conditioning routines.
Increase resistance gradually as your grip strength and control develop.
Easy to add to weight training, climbing, sports, and functional fitness routines.
Train one hand at a time for focused left- and right-hand development.
Small enough to carry to the gym, office, home, or while traveling.
Black-and-red styling matches the Calverisio™ TRAIN • RECOVER identity.

Turn the adjustment knob to select a comfortable starting resistance.
Place the handles securely across your palm and fingers with a comfortable grip.
Close your hand gradually until the handles move toward each other.
Allow the spring to reopen under control instead of letting the handles snap apart.
Perform a consistent number of squeezes with one hand, then repeat with the other.
Raise the tension only when your current setting feels manageable with good control.
Keep the grip trainer in a clean, dry place when it is not in use.
Begin at a manageable resistance and maintain a neutral wrist position throughout each repetition. Increase tension and training volume gradually. Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, cramping, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a hand, wrist, finger, or forearm injury.
