180 cm yoga and mobility strap with padded loops for controlled flexibility training, warm-ups, cool-downs, and recovery routines.
Make stretching more controlled, more comfortable, and easier to adjust with one simple training tool.
The Calverisio™ Multi-Loop Stretching Strap features multiple built-in hand and foot loops along its 180 cm total length, giving you several grip positions for flexibility work, mobility training, warm-ups, cool-downs, and recovery routines.
Each loop provides a secure place to hold or position the foot, helping you gradually adjust your reach without constantly re-gripping the strap. Soft red interior padding adds comfort around the hands and feet, while the wide woven construction provides a stable feel during controlled stretching.
Reinforced stitching at key connection points improves durability for repeated training sessions, and the compact strap rolls easily for storage in a gym bag, drawer, or home workout area.

Select a loop based on the amount of reach and assistance you need.
Place your hand, foot, or another appropriate contact point securely inside the selected loop.
Slowly extend into the stretch until you feel smooth, controlled tension.
Move to a different loop to shorten or lengthen your reach as needed.
Maintain steady positioning without bouncing, jerking, or sudden pulling.
Reduce tension gradually before removing your hand or foot from the strap.
After training, roll the strap neatly and store it in a clean, dry place.
Inspect the strap, loops, padding, and reinforced stitching before each session. Stretch gradually and never force your range of motion. Avoid bouncing or sudden pulling, and stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, or unusual discomfort.
