High-density textured massage roller designed for focused muscle recovery, mobility work, warm-ups, and post-training routines.
Support recovery, loosen tight muscles, and add focused mobility work to your training routine with a compact high-density foam roller.
The Calverisio™ Deep-Tissue Foam Roller features a firm cylindrical core with a deeply textured outer surface designed to create more focused contact during rolling exercises. Its raised pattern helps target larger muscle groups while giving you better control over pressure and positioning.
At 33 cm (13 in) long and 14 cm (5.5 in) in diameter, the roller provides enough surface area for legs, glutes, back, calves, and other major muscle groups while remaining compact enough for home gyms, workout bags, and recovery spaces.
The rigid hollow-core construction helps maintain its shape during repeated use, while the black-and-red Calverisio™ design matches the brand’s strength-and-recovery training identity.

Place the foam roller beneath the muscle group you want to work on.
Use your hands, arms, or feet to control how much body weight is placed on the roller.
Move gradually across the target muscle instead of using fast back-and-forth motions.
Shift more or less body weight onto the roller depending on your comfort level.
Pause briefly over tense areas while keeping the pressure controlled and comfortable.
Keep the roller focused primarily on soft muscle tissue rather than directly over joints or bones.
Wipe the textured surface with a soft damp cloth and allow it to dry before storage.
Begin with light pressure and increase gradually according to your comfort level. Do not roll directly over the neck, joints, bones, injured areas, or areas with unexplained pain. Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, or unusual discomfort.
