Curved lumbar stretcher with textured massage nodes for controlled mobility, supported stretching, and everyday recovery routines.
Add a simple, controlled back-opening stretch to your mobility and recovery routine with a compact support designed for everyday use.
The Calverisio™ Adjustable Back Stretching Support features a curved ergonomic platform designed to support the natural contour of the lower back while you lie back and stretch. Its raised arch helps create a supported extension position that can be incorporated into mobility work, post-workout recovery, or general stretching routines.
Textured massage nodes across the surface provide additional contact along the back, while the central padded strip creates a broader support zone through the middle of the platform.
Measuring 38 × 25 × 12 cm (15.0 × 9.8 × 4.7 in), the stretcher offers a wide, stable base while remaining compact enough for home gyms, bedrooms, offices, and recovery areas.

The compact profile makes the stretcher easy to store between sessions.

Set the stretcher on a stable floor, exercise mat, or another firm surface.
Position your lower back close to the front of the curved section.
Use your hands for support and gradually recline onto the stretcher.
Adjust your body so the curved surface supports the area you want to stretch.
Use slow breathing and maintain a gentle, controlled position without forcing your range of motion.
Roll carefully to one side or use your arms to help yourself return to a seated position.
Keep the stretcher in a clean, dry area until your next mobility or recovery session.
Begin with a short, gentle session and never force your back into an uncomfortable position. Use the stretcher only on a stable surface. Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have an existing back condition, recent injury, or mobility concern.
